[lago-devel] New Lago release - 0.25

Hey,
Lago 0.25 is out, introducing few bug fixes, and 2 new features:

- /var/lib/lago/subnets is now configurable, this is useful if you
want to install Lago in virtualenv(thanks @pilou-)

- virtio-scsi support for none-root disks. More details in the PR[1]
