Add to your /etc/hosts
192.168.200.4 engine

And connect to https://engine

here's my /etc/hosts, as indeed there may be multiple IPs or subnets for
engine:
[ykaul at ykaul ovirt-system-tests]$ cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
::1 localhost6.localdomain6 localhost6
#192.168.201.3 engine
#192.168.203.3 engine
192.168.200.3 engine
#192.168.200.99 hosted-engine hosted-engine.lago.local
