Changing  /etc/yum.repos.d/lago.repo from
http://resources.ovirt.org/repos/ci-tools/fc25 to
http://resources.ovirt.org/repos/ci-tools/fc26

might help, as
http://resources.ovirt.org/repos/ci-tools/fc26/noarch/repoman-2.0.32-1.fc26.noarch.rpm
is there. I'll give it a shot.
