Further to my email below,

We are having an Open Source Summit this January for the first time in this
region.

Our delegates will consist of primarily Government officials, CIO's and
CTO's and other key decision makers within the region.

 

Well, this is the first time we doing something like this and am requesting
your assistance to help us make this a success.

 

In this event we are looking at Open Source at a broader angle and hoping to
cover Open Source as an IT solution to all industry sectors.

 

We are looking for Speakers and if you could help us with the speakers will
be much appreciated.

Also I would love to discuss possible trending topics that will add value to
our event.

 

We are also looking for sponsors for the event, any assistance in this area
also will help us go a great way ahead.

By way of introduction my name is Peter Velroy Noronha , the project manager
for the Open Source Summit 2016.

 

I am pleased to announce that we are bringing the Open Source Summit 2016 to
Dubai this 27th January 2016, the event focuses on the Open Source Industry
& Community.

 

The Open Source Summit 2016 will primarily focus on creating an Open Source
awareness in the MENA region, getting all the OS players in the region under
one roof to strengthen and promote OS Community while collaborating
effectively on how the technologies can be used. The event will provide the
first of its kind platforms in Dubai  pushing all  boundaries of technology
and innovation while enabling advances across an array of industries,
functions and disciplines. A plethora of opportunities wait to be discovered
and utilized to its optimum ability at the Summit.

Such networks of transparency, collaboration, and trust can be tremendously
beneficial in all Business and Industry sectors.

 

The Open Source Summit will be attended by 500 delegates which will include
IT Professionals, Senior Executives part of the OS community, Government
leaders, 10 speakers from highly profound organizations across the region
speaking on pressing topics pertaining to the OS industry and engaging in
panel discussions,  Etc.
