[node-devel] Proposing the reworked TUI for integration

Hey,

during the last weeks I improved the reworked TUI until a point where it
is usable.
I used a subtree merge + filter-branch (to mangle names) to get the new
code into Node's repo (in scripts/tui/), the appropriate patches are
open to review on gerrit.ovirt.org.

The new TUI is installed side by side to our current one. To launch the
new TUI drop to shell (using F2), and run /usr/bin/ovirt-config-setup.

I hope to nail down the upcoming bugs in the next few weeks so we have a
nice and shiny TUI for our next release in place.
