Thanks Charles.  We actually were just noticing this today with our
builds for el6.  

The patches were developed and tested on Fedora 17 which had already
shifted to /usr/lib/dracut from /usr/share/dracut which is why this was
caught previously.  

I think we may actually need to not drop /usr/*/dracut at all to support
plugins, but I need to double check that first.
