network/tui: Removing DNS servers works now

Previously the OVIRT_DNS variable was removed which lead to problems and
PEERDNS=no wasn't removed after all manual DNS servers were removed.
Now the OVIRT_DNS variable is set to "" andPEERDNS=no is removed when
the last manual DNS get's removed.
