recipe: Add plymouth to suppress errors

rpcbind (as part of dracut's nfs module) prints errors
directly to /dev/console instead of using syslog, this clutters
the screen. If plymouth is present all messages written to
/dev/console are redirected to plymouth and thus don't appear on
the screen itself.
