workaround hack to allow registration to engine

ovirt-engine registration depends on the existence of
/etc/ovirt-node-image-release to determine whether it is running
on an ovirt-node based host.  With the migration to
ovirt-node-iso for image building, the file has been renamed to
/etc/ovirt-node-iso-release causing registration to fail.

A vdsm bug (rhbz#806555) has been filed for this.
