[node-patches] Change in ovirt-node-iso[master]: regenerate version.ks for each build

Change subject: regenerate version.ks for each build

regenerate version.ks for each build

version.ks would not get created correctly if it existed in the
remote recipes directory.

This patch updates the build sequence to copy files from the recipes
directory first, then regenerate version.ks, then run ksflatten.

Also, cleanup a couple commands that were displaying poorly
