Change subject: ovirt-config-boot: Change the 3rd parameter from 'reboot'(yes/no) to 'aciton'(shutdown/reboot/stay). By doing this, the users can add their hook scripts after calling ovirt-config-boot.

NACK -- we've deprecated the use of ovirt-config-boot (and are in the process of dropping it from the repo).  

Please look at ovirt_boot_setup function in scripts/ovirtnode/install.py and see if this will fit your needs.
