Patch Set 2: Looks good to me, but someone else must approve

looks good to me (though haven't tested it).

Things that are missing, I think:

processing for command line options
 * /etc/ovirt-commandline.d/snmp  <- list of options to not persist in grub default commandline
 * /etc/ovirt-config-boot.d/snmp <- processing for commandline options
