With regards to code quality and testability - I'd like to organize all our .py files in the same hierarchy which we see at runtime under $PYTHONPATH
E.g.:
PYTHONPATH/ovirtnode/plugins/snmp.py
would be
scripts/ovirtnode/plugins/snmp.py
