The problem appears to be that ovirt-node-plugin-ipmi doesn't actually own any files at all in /etc/ovirt-plugins.d

Instead of .minimize (which is also ignored by the plugin_page, though that will attempt to parse "rpm -qa" as well), could we put another file in /etc/ovirt-plugins.d? ipmi.version or ipmi.installed?
