[node-patches] Change in ovirt-node[master]: ovirt-config-password: make it more convenient to be used

ovirt-config-password: make it more convenient to be used

rename "ovirt-config-password" into "ovirt-node-config-password" and keep it
in /usr/bin. Also keep a symlink called ovirt-config-password in /usr/libexec
for backwards compatability.
