Patch Set 1: Verified+1

Verified out of the reboot sequence by creating the structure described in the
commit message, then persisting it, then rebooting, seeing that I have an empty
/var/lib/vdsm/foobar file and doing:

    mount -o remount,rw /
    # applied the changes manually to /usr/libexec/ovirt-functions
    source /usr/libexec/ovirt-functions
    mount_config

After this, the expected tree is mounted and available at /var/lib/vdsm/foobar
