Fudge kdumpctl to acknowledge "net" for SSH propagation

augeas can't set 'ssh' in kdumpctl yet, so we have to use net to
avoid using a template, but kdumpctl looks for 'ssh' explicitly

Work around it until augeas support goes to 7.0.z
