[node-patches] Change in ovirt-node[master]: Block all gettys on installation

Block all gettys on installation

Previously we only blocked tty0 from appearing, now we block getty
instances on all consoles to prevent irritation.

This also prevents that the TUI installer is hidden by any getty.
