Douglas Schilling Landgraf has uploaded a new change for review.

Change subject: rhevh7-post: keep files in /var/lib/puppet

rhevh7-post: keep files in /var/lib/puppet

Update /etc/rwtab to use files /var/lib/puppet to keep
all files under this dir. Without this patch, the dir
is empty and puppet plugin cannot locate ovirt.rb.
Thanks Ryan Barry for the catch.
