Include dmsquash-live in kdump's dracut

To do this, add it to dracut.conf (augeas won't deal with new
options in kdump.conf for dracut yet), and patch the hardcoded
hostonly bits out of mkdumprd so dmsquash-live gets pulled in. We
need it for kdumps of all types.
