hi,
did you follow http://wiki.ovirt.org/wiki/Engine_Node_Integration ?
you need to make sure EmulatedMachine is set to the correct value according to your hosts,
if you are using CentOS 6.3 i believe you need to set rhel6.3.0 in version 3.1 means run:
psql -U postgres engine -c "update vdc_options set option_value='rhel6.3.0' where option_name='EmulatedMachine' and version='3.1';"
instead of the same line in the wiki (and restart jboss)
