[Users] Vm is in a "Image locked" status

The problem is that it was last week and I can't pin point the moment in the log files to put in the bug.
Next time it happens I'll pick up the log file and put it in a bug.

This worked for me, it went to a down state and then I was able to remove it. Thnx for the help.
