It is this bug, and it affects 32 bits environments:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/852037
It has already been fixed.
To workaround it edit the
/usr/share/ovirt-engine/service/engine-service.py file, look for the
line containing UseCompressedOops and just remove it. Then restart the
engine.
