for master branch yes:

current nightly builds are done for fedora 17/18: http://resources.ovirt.org/releases/nightly/rpm/Fedora/{17|18}
and for EL6: http://resources.ovirt.org/releases/nightly/rpm/EL/6/


for 3.2.1, we don't have nightly builds, just stable release:
