[Users] oVirt 3.3 fails to find spice-html5

i just installed oVirt 3.3 Beta RPMs on a fresh installation of CentOS 6 on my laptop with all patches applied

yum -y localinstall http://resources.ovirt.org/releases/3.3/rpm/EL/6/noarch/ovirt-release-el6-8-1.noarch.rpm
yum -y localinstall http://www.muug.mb.ca/pub/epel/6/i386/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm

After editing the /etc/yum.repos.d/el6-ovirt.repo to enable beta and then trying to install oVirt engine it complains about spice-html5 being unavailable.  Is this a bug, or is it temporary.
