Quorum can be set via Engine GUI and Gluster CLI.

Engine GUI:
Select gluster volume - Volume Options - Add
 - cluster.quorum-count
 - cluster.quorum-type

Gluster CLI:

But where is configured this thing of quorum? Ovirt engine GUI or gluster wide?
