[Users] JBOSS Error on new install

For some reason the ovirt-engine service is not starting correctly. Can 
you provide the output of "systemctl status ovirt-engine.service".

Also please try to start the service manually with "systemctl start 
ovirt-engine.service" and see what appears in /var/log messages.
