As soon as you have nested virtualization enabled I think it is a more
a matter of running Xen inside KVM.
And results could also depend on your cpu (Intel vs Amd)
So you had better to first ask in kvm mailing list and/or xen mailing list.

You can try search and post there as a starting point.
And when ad if you solve it should be possibly easy to make the same
inside oVirt infra that leverages KVM functionalities.
