[Users] Disk move when VM is running problem

From the email above, 'lvs' shows that the
"d477fcba-2110-403e-93fe-15565aae5304" is not physically migrated to the target storage domain "14b5167c-5883-4920-8236-e8905456b01f". It means the migration failed. I think you may modify the disk back to the old storage domain in the db to clear the side-effect of the migration failure.
