where foo.bar is ovirt-host-deploy ... ;-)
On my engine system:
 ovirt-host-deploy-1.0.0-1.fc18.noarch

I confirm that the patch worked for me. Host installed and rebooted....

then unfortunately a cpu of the ost abandoned me so I can't at the
moment verify other things on this host ;-(

but from engine gui I see
