As far as I know you should either localinstall all dependencies or declare yum repository.
Best is to declare a yum repository...
/etc/yum.repos.d/ovirt-nightly.repo
---
[ovirt-nightly]
name=ovirt-nightly
baseurl=http://resources.ovirt.org/releases/nightly/rpm/Fedora/18/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0
priority=1
protect=1
---
Then just run:
# yum install ovirt-engine
