[Users] Setup 3.3 RC2 All-in-one fails

Hi,

setting up a new installation of 3.3 RC2 fails:

- installed Fedora 19
- setup ovirt repo, enable beta repo
- install all-in-one rpms
- run engine-setup

Seems like RC2 broke this.... I was able to successfully setup an 
all-on-one setup with RC1 before.
