[ovirt-users] Adding user in engine WEB UI

Hi,

currently admin at internal is the only "local" user for oVirt. If you need other users,
you have configure LDAP/Kerberos environment and this environment can be configured
in oVirt using engine-manage-domains tool.

This feature has never been implemented and related patch is abandoned.
