Hi Jamie,
Your setup indicates you're trying to setup to some other version, and not jboss-as-7.1.1
As you wrote , you ran -
engine-setup --jboss-home=/opt/jboss-as-web-7.0.2.Final

Therefore I suggest to try and install the correct jboss version and run setup again.
