[Users] Notifier not sending as correct user

I set up the engine notifier to send notifications, but when the email is delivered they are coming from ovirt at hostname.domain instead of the address that I have specified in the MAIL_USER and MAIL_FROM section of the ovirt-engine-notifier.conf file
