As stated in http://www.ovirt.org/Download for F19
sudo yum localinstall http://ovirt.org/releases/ovirt-release-fedora.noarch.rpm
Note that Fedora 20 is not fully supported in 3.4.0 alpha: you'll need at least to downgrade sos using the one shipped by Fedora 19.
