Looks like a bum ovirt-hosted-engine-ha package found its way into the repo,
you can get around it by doing the following:
yum install ovirt-hosted-engine-setup ovirt-hosted-engine-ha-1.1.5-1.el6
The package causing the problem seems to be:
ovirt-hosted-engine-ha-1.2.1-0.2.master.20140723134021.el6.noarch.rpm
