You need to check if nested KVM support is enabled on your machine

cat /sys/module/kvm_intel/parameters/nested

If the answer is "N":

echo "options kvm-intel nested=1" > /etc/modprobe.d/kvm-intel.conf

Then reboot. This and vdsm-hook-nestedvt package should be enough.
