You can try restarting the engine (service ovirt-engine restart).

If it doesn't work, please check/post:
/etc/httpd/conf.d/z-ovirt-engine-reports-proxy.conf
/etc/ovirt-engine/engine.conf.d/10-setup-reports-access.conf
relevant part of httpd logs
