Hey Kevin,

--install-plugin takes a single argument, which is a concatenated list
of all the rpms you want to install, separated by ",".

I.e.:

--install-plugin=ovirt-node-plugin-ipmi,ovirt-node-plugin-snmp

Could you give that a try?
