[ovirt-users] Cannot assign VM from Pool having still unassigned VMs

Hi,

We're running oVirt 3.5.3.1-1. We created a pool of 25 VMs. Currently, 
there are only 15 assigned, however, one of our users is trying to 
assign himself a VM, and the following error is being thrown:

    Cannot allocate and run VM from VM-Pool. There are no available VMs 
in the VM-Pool.

I can still see VMs with no assigned permissions. In logs I can see the 
following:
