Hi Soeren,
can you start by attach the engine/vdsm log (from the host that has the SPM role)?

also, please provide the output of the following -
1. query of the engine db - select * from async_tasks;

2. run the following command on the spm host:
vdsClient -s 0 getAllTasksStatuses
