why are you still using centos 6? IIRC centos 6 is not supported anymore as
vdsm related problems.

you have manual here :

you can use guidance from
http://www.ovirt.org/blog/2016/08/up-and-running-with-ovirt-4-0-and-gluster-storage/
to have an idea as well..
