[ovirt-users] adding network via ovirt-shell

I kind of found the answer.
Under Cluster -> Logical Networks -> Manager Networks
there is a check box for "Assign" & "Required".
Checking the Assign box makes it show up in "Setup Host Networks" dialog 
box.

No idea how to check that box using the cli though.
