[ovirt-users] EPEL and package(s) conflicts

What are users supposed to do with EPEL repo?
I'm asking for hit this:

--> Package python-perf.x86_64 0:4.8.7-1.el7.elrepo will be 
an update
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
