You attach to a DC not a cluster.

You will choose the 'import VMs' subtab of the storage domain and import
all the VMs.
This will include all the info on the settings. Please note that until 4.1
is out (which has a new feature to map netowrks), all VMs that have
networks that doesn't exists by the same name on the new setup will not
have network assigned.
