[ovirt-users] VM in oVirt 4 sometimes does not have proper CPU guest count

Hi all,

I still have this issue and would like to know what we can do to debug this or figure out why this is happening?

We are now in 4.1.0 on the engine and the host in question, and still face the same problem on some Ubuntu VMs.
