[ovirt-users] after upgrade from 4.0.4 to 4.1.1, no more gettagsbyparent_id

That's weird.
Can you attach the complete setup log?
I can see the function still exists in the code in 4.1.1, and during the
setup we do create or replace for all stored procedures.
CC-ing Eli and Didi as well.
I guess you can manually run it to add it back, but they will know best.
