I only "suspect" it fixed because the Redhat bug report mentions it was
fixed.
Is this causing the failure to negotiate SPM, as this is what I'm trying to
resolve?

Any ideas how? I don't see a repo available for it and can't find packages
even when looking through http://resources.ovirt.org manually?
