Hi Nicolas,
debug packages are not meant to be installed on any production environment
other than for temporary debugging purpose.
Once the debug is finished they need to be removed: the upgrade procedure
is not going to handle them.

So please manually remove ovirt-engine-userportal-debuginfo and
ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal-debuginfo before upgrading.
